Hotel Policies

  1. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception.
  2. Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
  3. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be considered as per availability and may attract extra charges.
  4. 100 % Room rent to be paid as an advance on or before Check In. Any extension on the stay can only be confirmed as per availability of Room and the advance payment of the same.
  5. In-case of check out prior to the original reservation, management reserves the right to refund amount.
  6. Breakfast will not be provided inside the room, it is served on the 4th floor.
    Breakfast - 7:30 Am to 9:30 AM
    Lunch -1:30 PM to 3:00 PM (Last order is taken on 2:30 PM)
    Dinner -7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Last order is taken on 9:45 PM)
  7. It is mandatory for all Guests to share their valid photo ID proof (with address). Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa along with the submission of a filled ‘ C 'Form.
  8. We do not allow Pets.
  9. Visitors entry to the guest room are strictly prohibited, however in case of exceptional circumstances the hotel may allow visitor inside the guest room (10 AM to 7 PM ) only after providing a valid photo Identity proof and registering their entry at reception. Visitors who choose to be inside the room after the stipulated time would be charged extra.
  10. Any Damage Caused to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property or loss of room key etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
  11. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever. Additionally, a safety deposit box is available at the Front Office. Guests are kindly requested to deposit all their valuables in the safety deposit box at the Front Office for which the hotel will be responsible.
  12. It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise, the hotel can deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the hotel policy and rules.
  13. Any amenity request by guest is subject to Management discretion and additional charges may apply.
  14. Parking slot inside the hotel basement is subject to availability and any vehicle parked inside or outside the basement will be at owner’s risk.
  15. Children above 12 Years of age will be charged as per extra adult rate.
  16. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at the hotel Reception only.
  17. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at their own sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 24 hrs.
  18. Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes are illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
  19. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
  20. Amendment / changes of bookings are allowed until only 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival. Request will be considered as per availability.
  21. Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  22. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products / items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited.
